These beta terms are provided for early testing and may be updated. Brivio is a marketplace that helps customers connect with independent local providers. Brivio does not perform, supervise, direct, insure, or control the services listed or completed through the platform.
A. Brivio is a marketplace
Brivio provides technology that helps customers find and communicate with independent local providers. Providers are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Brivio. Customers choose whether to hire a provider, and providers choose whether to accept or quote a job.
B. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing provider profiles, ratings, experience, insurance information, license information if needed, and deciding whether a provider is appropriate for the job. Customers should ask questions, verify qualifications, and use their own judgment before allowing anyone to perform work.
C. Provider responsibility
Providers are solely responsible for the jobs they accept, the quality and safety of their work, their tools and equipment, transportation, taxes, insurance, licenses, permits, compliance with laws, property damage, injuries, and claims related to the services they provide.
D. No supervision or control by Brivio
Brivio does not control how providers perform work, what tools they use, the exact method of work, or whether a provider is legally qualified for a specific job. Providers are responsible for determining whether they are qualified and legally allowed to complete each job.
E. Risky or licensed work
Some jobs may require a licensed and insured professional, permits, written contracts, inspections, or other legal requirements. Customers and providers are responsible for checking local requirements before work begins.
F. Beta payments
During beta, payment is handled directly between customer and provider. Brivio does not collect, hold, or release payment for jobs during beta.
G. Problems and damage
Brivio may provide tools to document issues, request changes, report a problem, or communicate between users. Providers remain responsible for the services they perform and for claims connected to their work.
H. Address privacy
Brivio does not publicly display exact customer addresses. Approximate area, zip code, or neighborhood-level activity may be shown for matching and local discovery.
I. Updates
Brivio may update these beta terms and safety rules as the platform develops.
J. How Brivio may earn revenue
During beta, Brivio does not collect, hold, or release payment for jobs. Customers and providers handle payment directly. In the future, Brivio may earn revenue through completed-job service fees, business subscriptions, premium AI tools, or promotional features. Any future fees will be shown clearly before users are charged.
K. No guarantee of services
Brivio does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timing, pricing, or outcome of services performed by independent providers. Customers and providers are responsible for communicating clearly and resolving issues related to the work.
L. Background checks
Brivio may offer third-party background checks for providers in the future. Background checks would be performed by independent screening providers, not Brivio. A completed background check would not guarantee safety, work quality, licensing, insurance, or future conduct. Customers should review provider profiles, ask questions, and use their own judgment before hiring.
